Second Grade learned about the first President George Washington! We watched a fun cartoon by Mike Venezia about the man who is considered the "Father of our Country". Students looked at the George Washington portrait by artist Glibert Stuart. 

Students drew and painted their very own representations of George Washington! They turned out so cute! Thank you Dryden Artists for the inspiration!
